Vendor Terms

Effective Date: April 22, 2026

These Vendor Terms (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Freezon Books (“we,” “our,” “us”) and vendors/authors (“you,” “your”) who publish and sell digital eBooks through our platform. By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register as a vendor.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject vendor applications at our sole discretion.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the eBooks you upload.
  • You must ensure that your content does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • You agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or prohibited content.
  • You are responsible for setting pricing within platform guidelines.

3. License to Freezon Books

By uploading your eBook, you grant Freezon Books a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and sell your content through our platform. You retain full ownership of your intellectual property.

4. Payments

  • Vendors will receive a share of sales revenue as defined in the platform’s commission structure.
  • Payouts will be made monthly to the payment method provided in your account.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings.

5. Refunds & Returns

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Vendors agree to honor refund requests approved under platform rules. Since products are digital, returns are not applicable (see Return Policy).

6. Compliance

  • You must comply with all applicable laws, including copyright, consumer protection, and tax regulations.
  • Freezon Books reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Uploading pirated, plagiarized, or unauthorized content.
  • Manipulating sales data or engaging in fraudulent activity.
  • Sharing or reselling customer data obtained through the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Freezon Books is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Vendors are solely responsible for their content and compliance with applicable laws.

9. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your vendor account at any time for violation of these terms.
  • You may terminate your account by providing written notice. Outstanding obligations will survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Vendor Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Vendor Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Punjab, Pakistan.
