All platform design, logos, and software remain the property of Freezon Books.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must ensure that their eBooks are original and do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
Vendors are responsible for securing necessary permissions for any third-party content included in their eBooks.

3. Prohibited Content

Pirated or plagiarized works.
Unauthorized use of copyrighted images, text, or trademarks.
Content that violates intellectual property laws or rights of others.

4. Reporting Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please submit a written notice to support@freezonbooks.com including:

Your contact information.
A description of the copyrighted work or trademark being infringed.
Evidence of ownership or authorization.
The specific URL or location of the infringing content.

5. Response to Claims

We will investigate all infringement claims promptly.
Content may be removed or disabled while claims are reviewed.
Vendors may be suspended or terminated for repeated violations.

6. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with supporting evidence. We will review and, if appropriate, reinstate the content.

7. Enforcement

Freezon Books reserves the right to remove infringing content, suspend vendor accounts, and take legal action where necessary to protect intellectual property rights.

8. Changes to Policy

We may update this Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
