4. Digital Products

All products sold on Freezon Books are digital eBooks. Once purchased, they are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.

  • Authors retain ownership of their work but grant Freezon Books a license to display, distribute, and sell their eBooks through the platform.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

6. Payments & Pricing

  • All payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways.
  • Authors may set their own pricing, subject to platform guidelines.
  • Freezon Books reserves the right to adjust pricing for promotions or discounts.

7. Refunds

Refunds are only available under our Refund & Return Policy. No refunds will be issued for change of mind or incorrect selection.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Uploading illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
  • Sharing or reselling purchased eBooks without authorization.

9. Intellectual Property
