Refund Policy

At Freezon Books, we sell only digital eBooks. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are limited and subject to the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available only in cases of technical issues (e.g., corrupted file, duplicate purchase).
  • If you accidentally purchase the same eBook twice, you may request a refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for change of mind or incorrect selection.

2. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

3. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your account was used without authorization, please contact us immediately. Verified unauthorized purchases will be refunded.
